Is this journalism or are they being ironic?
In a nutshell, Armie is guilty because his Great Great Grandad was possibly a communist. His Grandad tried to hide being Russian. His Father was left the entire family inheritance and the Aunt was cut out the will and is extremely bitter about being left penniless and seems to have never seen Armie since he was a child, but she knows what he's like. Then there's the ex-girlfriend who experienced something she won't talk about and later overheard something else she won't talk about. A couple of thirsty tik-tokers and the girl who's traumatised, but never actually met him. The only person who actually made criminal complaints and MIGHT have merits, has nothing to do with this. Oh and Armie kicked his Aunt when he was four, so he must be guilty.

What a hack job.

Absolute garbage

I have only seen one episode but It is enough to see that this is another case of public trial to destroy a mans life even more. I don't know if the accusations are real but this tv show acuses a man of serious crimes and this is not the place to do It. Justice is served on courts, not on TV. If this actor has comitted these crimes he must pay for them otherwise let this man live without destroying his life. They even go as far as accusing other family members without a possibility of defence. We don't know the reasons for the aunt to Talk but they might not be as good as they seem. This actor has children.

Very eye opening!
Armie Hammer is one of my favorite actor, and for me it will always remain Oliver from CMYBN, but this series sadly make lights on some of his dark sides, because remember nobody is perfect, and Armie might not be perfect too. The series is presented with factual reporting and facts, but it still sad to see the carrer of one of the most beloved and loved actor in the world (mostly in Italy for his role in CMBYN) ruined because of his desire for flesh, something that should have seen in one of his movies. Not "Propaganda Artists" like other political films like to use. Everyone who is will to keep an open mind and those who seek the truth, will enjoy this film immensely!

Let's just destroy a man's life, because we can.
Apparently in this day and age, it's okay to release a documentary that effectively ruins a man's career and life, despite everything in the documentary being hearsay, and there being absolutely no criminal convictions. So whoever made this documentary has destroyed his life to make a documentary based on.....gossip.

Has no one learned from Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. That just because people say things about someone, that does not mean it's always true. This man has never been convicted of anything. But is being treated as a criminal. Shame on Discovery+ for even allowing this garbage to be made.

 

I thought shaming people was wrong now

Just to be clear what kind of movie this is- there are TikTok videos in this "documentary". I did feel bad for the one woman who believed in the fairy tale and ignored all the signs that he didn't care about her and was using her for his proclivities. The woman who posed for sexual pictures which he outright told her were the reason he wanted to get with her just seemed to me like she was enjoying the attention from shaming him through his texts to her. She enjoyed a famous man and then she enjoyed shaming him. We also never see the women's text or at least not anything graphic. Hard to believe they didn't encourage him at all. Gloria Allred protected Harvey Weinstein so I doubt her motives are purely to help women. Sex crime law is over my head, but this documentary seemed sensationistic about things that weren't crimes so it's hard to take it seriously in any way.

This is such a disgusting and transparent attack on a man who ditched his wife.

The footage is so twisted and fictional I'm surprised this guy hasn't sued these people for everything they have.

So women who were into kinky sex dated an actor who got into it after leaving his controlling wife? Big deal.

There are millions of people who use ropes and have weird fantasties.

This all just happened to come out after he ditched his badly aging wife? Come on. The all ex gf's he didn't commit to are "coming forward"?

I really hope this guys sues them all. His aunt has well documented mental problems. She fit right in with this insane hit piece.

Makes you feel sorry for Armie Hammer instead of the other way around.
I had absolutely no idea and never heard of any scandals regarding Armie Hammer or his family.

After watching this 3 hour long documentary I'm almost more confused than before watching it. There's a powerful and dark story regarding his great grandfather, grandfather and aunt. But it almost seemed that Armie Hammer himself was just a collateral damage in order to sell the documentary.

Not enough is said about him to justify a 3 hour documentary that will basically ban him for life from his job. There's an endless interview scattered around the three hours of a woman claiming to be traumatized after a relationship with Hammer, but it's all based on one night that it's not clearly explained.

There's also small bits and pieces from other two women and the lawyer of one of them, but again, they claim Hammer to be a monster but don't clearly expose the events.

I think if a three episode long documentary with Armie Hammer's broken face as a poster is going to be released for the world to see, the ethical thing to do is to clearly expose the reasons and events for the allegations, not just bits and pieces here and there and half told stories.

At the end I kind of felt more sympathy for him than before watching it.

My guess would be there was a longer interview where Courtney discussed the biting and also Armie sending her a photo of a tattoo of a bite mark he found on the internet because he wanted to do that to her. Effie's DMs said he was keen on that idea.

Then the editors chopped it about and put that wrong photo to the remaining interview.

You only have to look at Paige's instagram to see multiple bite marks so I doubt there was a lack of evidence.

If I were a faker and a liar and wanted an image of a bite mark I'd probably not pick one that's literally labelled as a tattoo.

Soooo. I watched the bite clip again.
Courtney doesn't say the photo is of her. She just says..

"I think Armie took that picture. He bites really hard"
Why would she 'think' he took it if it was of her? Who else would have taken it?
So basically it was one he sent her and they labelled it in the show incorrectly.

Wagmeister got it the first time around....
